Calvin Mason

Calvin Mason is a Senior Manager of Recruitment at The Marcy Lab School. Born and raised in Suffolk, Virginia, and with family ties to Bed-Stuy, he’s excited to finally explore his roots as a Brooklyn resident. In his role, he identifies and cultivates relationships with compatible prospects and executes our recruitment strategies to reach program-aligned young adults across New York and compel them to pursue admission to our Fellowship. His work experience before joining The Marcy Lab School includes stints in recruiting program management and diversity recruitment at Meta, and full life cycle recruitment supporting the intelligence community in the DC Metro Area. Outside of work, he can most likely be found playing golf and basketball, working out, and exploring the city. He’s currently listening to Soulection Radio.
