Ana Reyes

Ana is the Senior Director of Instructor Learning and Development at Marcy Lab. She was raised in South Texas, with her family roots in Veracruz, Mexico, and now calls Brooklyn home. In her current role at Marcy, Ana is responsible for ensuring the cohesion and growth of our technical instructors, the backbone of each of our Fellowship cohorts. Before stepping into this role, Ana served as the Program Manager and ‘culture leader’ of Marcy Lab’s very first Spring Fellowship, diligently holding this cohort to the highest bar, all while centering the group in love and liberation. At Ana’s core, she is an educator, with experience working in K-12 education as a teacher and multi-regional program manager. When not at Marcy, you can find Ana at her favorite Brooklyn climbing gym or eating the most delicious food and watching TV at home. You can also trust her to make a bumpin’ playlist with the best lineup: Tini, Becky G, Karol G, Bad Bunny, TSwift, and SZA.
